Have you noticed how the word service has been abused lately? Over the past decade customer service has become null & void. People just don't care to provide great and exceptional service. There are still a few companies like Chick-Fil-A and Publix who take pride in making their customers feel good. The majority of our day to day lives are filled with others who don't want to offer good service. How can you change that? By being polite and respectful to the person who is offering you service, perhaps they will remember something that you do to make them feel good and offer that same spirit forward to another person.
